  2. Standard: We commit to providing safe and timely standardized delivery services.

  3. Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote rural areas may experience a delay of 1–2 business days due to logistical constraints. Actual delivery times are subject to real-time updates from logistics carriers.

II. Shipping Process

  1. International Transit: Orders are transferred by designated partners (e.g., Yuntongor Yunwen) to international distribution centers for customs clearance.

  2. Domestic Delivery: Final U.S. delivery is handled by authorized carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS to ensure service quality.

III. Processing & Delivery Time

Delivery Time(13-21 Days)=Processing Time+Shipping Time
There are two key factors that will decide when you will receive your package.

  • Processing Time Normally 3-7 Business Days
  • Shipping Time is Normally 10-14 Business Days

IV. Shipping Costs

  1. Free Shipping: Orders totaling $60 or more.

  2. Standard Fee: Orders under $60 incur a $5.99 shipping fee.

  3. Note: Fees cover domestic transportation only; additional tariffs or taxes are not included.

V. Logistics Tracking

After shipment, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. Use this number to check real-time status via the carrier’s official platform or our logistics portal.

VI. Undeliverable Packages

  1. If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, absence of recipient, etc., the package will be returned to our warehouse.

  2. We will contact you within 3 business days to arrange redelivery or other solutions.

  3. Additional costs for redelivery will be borne by the customer.

VII. Operating Hours & Shipment Schedule

  1. Business Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (GMT+1).

  2. Non-Shipment Days: No processing on weekends (Sat/Sun) or U.S. public holidays; orders will be handled on the next business day.

  3. Holiday Arrangements: Notifications will be posted separately.
