Return Policy

Thank you for choosing wildwear Men’s Wear. To standardize return, refund, and order cancellation procedures while protecting the rights of both parties, please review the following policy.


I. Scope and Conditions for Returns

  1. Eligible Items: All products are returnable except underwear, swimwear, accessories, and customized items.

  2. Time Limit: Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days after delivery. Late requests will not be accepted.

  3. Product Condition: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and unwashed, with original tags, accessories, and packaging intact. Items not meeting these criteria may be rejected, and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  4. Return Address: Customers must contact customer service to obtain an authorized return address. Unauthorized returns may be refused, and any resulting losses will be the customer’s responsibility.

  5. Shipping Responsibility: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using trackable shipping methods. We are not liable for loss, damage, or delays during transit.

  6. Non-Store Items: We are not obligated to store or return non-wildwear Men’s Wear products sent back by mistake.


II. Valid Reasons for Returns

  1. The product has manufacturing defects, damage, or stains.

  2. The received item’s size/color differs from the order.

  3. The customer is dissatisfied (non-quality issue), provided the product meets the conditions in Section I.


III. Return Process

  1. Submission: Email support@wildwear.com with your order number, items to return, reason, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Review: We will review within 3 business days and provide an authorized return address and instructions upon approval.

  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely, ship via a trackable method, and email the tracking number and shipping receipt to customer service.

  4. Refund Initiation: After inspection (within 5 business days of receipt), a refund will be processed if the return is approved.


IV. Refund Rules

Refunds cover the product price (excluding original shipping fees, unless otherwise stated). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval. Original tags and packaging must be included to avoid delays.


V. Order Cancellation Terms

  1. Within 24 hours of payment (before shipment): Full refund.

  2. After 24 hours (before shipment): A 15% cancellation fee will be deducted; the balance will be refunded.

  3. After shipment: Cancellation is not allowed. Customers may request a return after receiving the item.

  4. Cancellation Request: Email support@wildwear.com with your order number and reason. We will process the request upon approval.
